Christmas Greetings to everyone celebrating today and Happy Holiday Season to those who are not. The gift opening frenzy is probably over and a luscious holiday dinner may be on the table even as we speak while you are surrounded by family and friends. The great smells of turkey, ham, lasagna, fried rice, curry, barbequed ribs, sweet potatoes, double baked potatoes and ample desserts (all Sheila's favorites) should be wafting tantalizing aromas throughout the house. ex-Marine (husand, Steve) and I are on the road in Thailand visiting the historical cities of Sukhothai and Ayutthaya, then moving on by a public bus to Chiang Mai. We're eating yummy Thai food for Christmas dinner.
